How do you find equivalent exposures? I have a table of exposure values, I do not understand how to use it to find equivalent exposures.

Here is a very easy way to remember: If you climb the ladder (Or right) on a scale … further down the ladder (or left) on the other. We always balance each other. For example, if your departure is the combination of exposure f/5.6 at 1 / 250: If you are from f/5.6, the next issue full stop on scale (or the assumption of right) will be f/8.0. Because you have moved a stop on the scale / right, turn now 1-stop Down / left on the shutter speed scale. So, go 1 / 250-1 / 125. If you have moved up 2-stop (f/5.6 – 8.0 -> 11), now come two NETHERLANDS stops on the shutter speed (1 / 250 -> 1/125 -> 1 / 60). Hope this helps! Good luck.
