Yes, your clueless. Professional photographers are not amateurs. Having a camera makes you a lover, not a professional. Go school, reading, whatever, to learn more. Edit ::::::::::::: OK. A hobby seriously. Start with a tripod. What you need depends on the subject. IF your macro to do outdoors, landscape, architecture, or nature, you need good lenses. If you do the portrait, still life indoors you need lenses, lights, decorations, flashing / Stober, and all the various booths, reflectors / diffusers, etc. ..
